The non-smoking rooms had an annoying odor of cigarettes that really detracted from the experience. noise levels were a frequent issue with thin walls allowing for eavesdropping on conversations from neighboring rooms. I found the Wi-Fi connectivity spotty at best—frustrating when you need to plan your next move. Plus, the parking arrangements were a bit convoluted and cumbersome, especially after a long journey. And really, the breakfast could have used more oomph—presentation and freshness sometimes felt lackluster, not quite what you'd hope for to start your day right.

I had a lovely time at Art Hotel Museo! The spacious triple room with a walk-in closet was amazing. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the staff quickly fixed our A/C issue. Just a bit of noise from nearby rooms, but overall a great stay!

The pool was a refreshing escape on hot days, and the attentive staff demonstrated great hospitality, addressing any concerns promptly.

We had a mighty time! The breakfast was grand, with a lovely selection that really kicked our day off. While the room was good, it could've used a bit of AC for comfort. a decent spot if you're near Florence.

the room was comfy and clean, and the staff was really friendly and helpful with our needs. also, the location was super convenient for exploring nearby florence. plus, the breakfast had a good variety, even tho i did have issues with the freshness of some items. parking was easy to find too, which is always a plus.

Had a smooth check-in with helpful staff addressing our AC issue promptly. Enjoyed spacious triple room with a walk-in closet. Breakfast offered delicious options. Parking was easy and the drive to Florence was scenic. Recommend trying the cozy on-site restaurant for a relaxed dinner.

The Classic Double or Twin Room was quite clean and equipped with good amenities, including a mini bar and a coffee machine. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby supermarkets. there was an unpleasant odor of cigarettes in the supposed non-smoking rooms, and the breakfast lacked fresh vegetable options. Despite these downsides, the staff was friendly and helpful when we made requests during our stay.

Can just recommend for a weekend vacation

Spacious room, friendly staff, featuring a comfortable setup with a mini bar and coffee machine, and excellent cleanliness throughout our stay, convenient access to local supermarkets made it easy to grab essentials.
